Help shape the future of Scouting in Lincoln

An adult volunteer awarding the Cub's YouShape award. Become a Trustee to help make Scouting in Lincoln stronger.

Lincoln District Scouts are searching for enthusiastic and committed individuals to join our Board of Trustees for an initial one-year term.

You don’t need to be a current Scout leader - you just need to meet the legal requirements to be a Trustee. What matters most is your willingness to share your skills and support the delivery of Scouting in Lincoln.

While we would particularly welcome applicants with experience in property leases or fundraising, all skills and backgrounds are valued. Every Trustee brings something different to the table, and together we make Scouting stronger.

Why join us?

As a Trustee, you’ll:

  • Help guide the strategy and decisions that support Scouting across Lincoln.
  • Play a key role in ensuring young people can access incredible opportunities to gain skills for life.
  • Be part of a supportive team making a difference in the community.
