Brass and Woodwind Musicians Needed

September 22, 2025

Join Our Band – Brass & Woodwind Players Wanted!

Join the Lincoln Scout & Guide Band

Do you play a brass or woodwind instrument?

Or maybe you’d like to pick it up again after a break?

We’re looking for new members to join our fun, welcoming band. Whether you’re experienced or just enjoy making music, this is a great way to connect with others and perform together.

Who can join?

Young people (ages 8–18): Open to all who are already members of Scouts or Girlguiding.

Over 18s:

  • If you’re in Network or already an adult volunteer within Scouting or Guiding, you can join.
  • If you’re not currently involved in either association, you’re still welcome! All we ask is that you complete a short online safety and safeguarding module before you get started.

Whether you’re an experienced player or someone who just enjoys making music, this is a great opportunity to connect with others, have fun, and make a big impact through performance.
