Booking the Team
Our Booking Secretary, coordinates all our events and should be your first point of contact.
If you would like to arrange a visit by the Team or to book the mobile climbing tower or bouldering wall for an event then please complete our Activity Booking request form.
Climbing At Sudbrooke
If you would like the MAT to run a climbing session at Sudbrooke, please:
- Book the climbing Tower with the Sudbrooke Team first using your groups OSM system or by using this link Sudbrooke Campsite booking
- Complete our Activity Booking Request form.
Once you have booked the tower, we can add the activity to our calendar and check the availability of our team members.
We are reliant on the availability of the relevant permit holders and volunteers, so it may take a little while to coordinate everyone. Your booking is not confirmed until it has been acknowledged by the MAT Booking Secretary.
