Sudbrooke Campsite

About the Site

Sudbrooke Park is Lincoln Districts primary campsite.


Set in 11 acres of field and woodland, we have ample space for a small patrol camp or for the largest of District Camps.


The main buildings is available for hire, with a fully fitted kitchen.


The site offers a variety of different activities, there is an excellent Climbing tower, large bouldering wall, crate stacking, raft building, pond dipping, archery, an indoor caving system, and two assault courses, one of which is suitable for beavers.  There is a good selection of walking in the area and the Lincolnshire Wolds are just a short drive away.


The District is also fortunate  to have a number of Active Support units who can offer a wide range of activities to support your camps.


Volunteering

Being in woodland, Sudbrooke takes a lot of work to maintain, from cutting grass & hedges, looking after the trees, pathways, ponds and buildings there is always loads of jobs that need to be done.

Our volunteers do most of the work on Tuesday and Thursday mornings, so if you can help in any way at all, please contact us.


Bookings

You can check availability, pricing, activities and submit your booking online. We use OSM campsite manager, but you do not need access to OSM.
Use the button below to access our booking portal. When you submit a booking, you will be asked to create an account (if you do not already have one).

If you are a leader with access to OSM you can find our campsite in the campsite directory within the programme area. Create an Event in your programme area and submit the booking through this route. Unfortunately OSM will not allow you to amend the booking, please contact us if you need to amend your booking.

We aim to reply to all booking requests within 7 days. If your planned visit is within the next 7 days, or you do not receive a reply, please email us.

Pricing

  • Main Building

    Scouts & Guides: £60.00 per 24-hour period or part of. (£100 from 01/04/24)


    Non-Scouting Organisations : £120.00 per 24-hour period or part of. (£200 from 01/04/24)


    Day Hire: £40.00 (£60 for non Scouts) 

    (£50 & £100  from 01/04/24)

  • Day/Evening Visits

    Scouts & Guides:

    Night Visit: £1 per person.

    Day Visit: £2 per person.


    Non-Scouts & Guides:

    Night Visit: £2 per person.

    Day Visit: £4 per person.


    Prices from 01/04/24

    Evening: £2 per person per evening. Day: £3 per person per day. (Lincolnshire Scouts/Guides)

    Evening: £3 per person per evening. Day: £4 per person per day. (All other youth organisations)

    Evening: £4 per person per evening. Day: £6 per person per day. (Non-Youth organisations e.g. schools)

    Note ! Adults supervising young persons do not pay)



  • Camping

    Lincoln District: £3.00 pppn

    Scouts & Guides: £4.00 pppn

    Non-Scouting or Guiding: £6.00 pppn


    Prices from 01/04/24 

    £4 per person per night (Lincolnshire Scouts/Guides).

    £6 per person per night (All other youth organisations)

    £10 per person per night (non-Youth organisations e.g. schools, colleges, etc.)

    £20 for early arrival (before 3 pm day 1 or late departure (after 3 pm on last day)


    Note !  Adults supervising young persons do not pay)


  • Bouldering Wall

    Scouts: £10 per hour

    Non-Scouts/Guides £20 per hour

    Please review risk assessments  & procedures before use

    Instructors not included

    Use of Instructors sourced by Sudbrooke will be an extra £10 per hour

  • Climbing Wall

    Wall Hire only - no instructors

    Scouts: £20.00 per hour. 

    Non-Scouts: £40.00 per hour

    Please review risk assessments before use.


     You can provide your own instructors or our local climbing team may be able to assist.Use of Instructors sourced by Sudbrooke will be an extra £20 per hour

  • Crate Stacking

    Structure Hire only - no instructors

    Scouts: £20.00 per hour. 

    Non-Scouts: £40.00 per hour

    Please review risk assessments before use.


     You can provide your own instructors or Sudbrooke maybe able to suggest someone local. Use of Instructors sourced by Sudbrooke will be an extra £20 per hour.

  • Indoor Cave System

    Scouts: £20.00 per hour. 

    Non-Scouts: £30.00 per hour

    Use of Instructors sourced by Sudbrooke will be an extra £20 per hour,

  • Laser Tag

    £10 for two hours for up 20  lasers






  • Orienteering

    Free of charge

     £10 per day. £5 per extra day

  • Pond Dipping

    Free of charge

    Please review risk assessments  & procedures 

  • Camp Blanket Badges

    Sudbrooke Badges £1 per badge.
